Aardee are now stockists and installers of Enershield, energy saving air barriers. Enershield air barrier creates a “virtual door” by re-circulating ambient air and directing it across an opening in a laminar airflow to create up to a 90% seal. This “invisible” door seals the opening and provides an effective “environmental separation” and stops the transfer of temperature, humidity, dust, odours and insects. With just a draught of air creating the barrier, vehicles and pedestrians can pass without obstruction.

Retail

Microshield

For retail doorway up to 8' high

Microshield (MCS) Air Barriers are ideal for most foot traffic doorways up to 8`high. They are aesthetic, efficient and extremely quite during operation. They are equipped with a high and low speed setting and can also be manufactured with an optional keyed switch and automatic activation package so they would only operate in conjunction with the door operation.

Applications: include retail doorways, employee entrances and exits, patio doors, foot traffic receiving doors, food preparation and refrigerated areas.

Comfortshield

For retail doorway up to 9' high

Comfortshield (CS) Air Barriers are designed for doors up to 9`in height. Ideal for doorways with higher prevailing winds or slight negative pressure. This effective and efficient model is acoustically insulated and can be powder coated to a multitude of colours to suit the client’s preference.

Applications: ideal for retail and employee entrances and exits, foot traffic receiving doors, food preparation and refrigerated areas.

Commercial

duraSHIELD Models

• duraSHIELD For climate control up to 10' high
• duraSHIELD HD For climate control up to 12' high

Durashield models are constructed from a welded powder coated frame and insulated with sound absorbing fiberglass insulation with an acrylic anti-microbial coating, powder coated telescopic installation sliders and include powder coated wall brackets as well as an articulating discharge nozzle All models also include an Automatic Activation Package so the Air Barrier operates in conjunction with the doors operation.

Durashield models include a Control Panel and have a consistent fan placement every 2’ across the entire width of the Air Barrier.

Applications: ideal for Shipping/Receiving, Manufacturing or Refrigerated applications. They can be installed horizontally or vertically.

Industrial

• Ultrashield For climate control up to 18' high
• Xtremeshield For climate control up to 26' high
• Megashield For climate control up to 30' high

All models are constructed from a welded powder coated frame and are insulated with sound absorbing fibreglass insulation with an acrylic anti-microbial coating, powder coated telescopic installation sliders and include powder coated wall brackets as well as an articulating discharge nozzle. All models also include an Automatic Activation Package so the Air Barrier operates in conjunction with the doors operation. Ultrashield models include a Control Panel. Motors are mounted externally to maintain consistent and equal fan placement across the entire width of the Air Barrier (every 2’).

Applications: are ideal for large Shipping/Receiving, Manufacturing or Transportation applications. They can also be installed horizontally or vertically
